Individual Coaching
Individual coaching sessions are for people who want an even greater level of personal accountability and motivation. You will meet with your coach weekly for 50 minutes, either in-person or by phone, depending on your preference. At these meetings we will review your activity and weight loss goals and closely monitor your results. If you're not seeing the results you want, we will determine why and make the changes necessary to get you back on track.
You will also receive email motivation and support from your coach throughout the workweek. You may set behavioral goals for succeeding in situations that have derailed you in the past.
Your coach will challenge your thinking and behavior, while at the same time provide you with the process and support you need to make serious, long-lasting changes to your weight. We will also identify any self-sabotaging thoughts and habits that need to be challenged in light of your ultimate weight goal. With this level of guidance and accountability, you virtually cannot fail.
Coaching sessions are available in 4-week blocks.
