A BodyPlan Group is a small group of like-minded people who meet once a week for 6 weeks (7 meetings). Each group is limited to 15 people, so you get the benefit of meaningful small group interaction and support, as well as individualized attention from your coach.

Your BODYPLAN Group meetings will cover such topics as:

  • The real reason behind your weight problem (it’s not food)
  • How to get out of your Comfort Zone
  • How to get and stay motivated when you don’t feel like it
  • The two most important beliefs for successful weight loss
  • How to change your beliefs
  • How to make goal-setting work for you
  • The importance of self-monitoring
  • Do you have an overweight lifestyle?
  • Managing your environment to achieve your goals
  • How to be among the 5% who keep their weight off

And much more.

Even better? This is not just “head knowledge.” Each week, you will be asked to apply the concepts to yourself, modify your behavior during the week, and report on your progress. Every behavioral change will bring you one step closer to better habits and better results.

How to participate in a BODYPLAN Group: 6 Easy Steps

  2. Register here or Contact Us for more information.
  3. Select the diet and exercise plan that you will follow for the 6-week program.
  4. Each week, report your compliance with your diet and exercise plan and your weekly weight loss. You will report and track your compliance and weight loss results on your own personal secure section of the BodyPlan website. No one will see this information but you and your coach.
  5. Attend your weekly BodyPlan group meeting to help keep you accountable and to learn cutting-edge mental and behavioral strategies relating to food, exercise, dieting and yourself. You will also be encouraged by the progress and success stories of your peers.
  6. Answer daily online homework questions, designed to help keep you focused on your weight goal and apply each week’s concepts and strategies to yourself. The questions will help you get in touch with why you want to lose weight, as well as the thoughts and behaviors that have derailed you in the past.
